Definition, Vision and Mission
Insider threat involves the exploitation of privileged access, unintentionally or maliciously, to sensitive and mission critical assets and people within the organisation and its external partner, to create damage.
Insider risk management starts with effective governance and a holistic, enterprise and ecosytem-wide approach to organisational culture and the management of people, security controls and the management of cyber and AI risks, as well as detection and response controls to proactively mitigate and manage emerging threats.
